Upon the directives of Mr. Anwar Fawzi, Head of RTA, to overcome all difficulties for real estate taxpayers, to provide the taxpayer with all the services distinctively and easily and to continue upgrading the performance of the employers in charge of appeals, under the supervision of Mr. Adviser/Ahmed Jalal; Head of the Technical Office of Tax Appeal Committees at RTA, Mr. Adviser /Ahmed Sharani; Deputy Head of Technical Office of Tax Appeal Committees and Mr. / Ayman Mounir; Head of the Central Administration for Computer and Information Systems, a training course was held at the Central Administration for Computer and Information Systems for Tax Appeal Committees on 4/6/2023 for "Register 9" representatives on the occasion of the commencement of the first phase to automate the first procedure of the Appeals Committees' procedures; "Register 9", which deals with appeals' filing for real estate taxpayers.
Within the continuous support and communication between the sectors of the RTA, Mr. Ayman Mounir; head of the Central Administration for Computer and Information Systems, in coordination with Mr. Nashat Hanna; member of the Technical Secretariat of the Tax Appeal Committees and director-general of technical support, to put the directives of RTA Head into action, as he believes in the principle of participation in the development of work. Thus; the Central Administration for Computer and Information Systems has supervised the design and implementation of the aforementioned training course. In addition, the engineers of the General Operations Department of the Computer Administration have also equipped a new training room with the computers and display screens necessary for the training, with a special effort from the Central Administration for Computer and Information Systems to meet the needs of the Real- Estate Taxation Authority and its various sectors. The employees in charge of record 9 have been trained on the system that was specially developed for this purpose.
